As a company we recognise the importance of training our staff to achieve the best quality of work that our staff can produce, here at Castle Cleaning Services in May 2009 we will have signed up at least 60% of our staff to take a NVQs in various services within the organisation, mainly in cleaning.
The NVQ Assessment will be carried out by an established training service ADT
